About Us
We at Jaam Building aim to provide the services required for a succesful building project regardless of your experience or budget.
In addition it is our goal to create a branded image of 'Jaam Refurbishments'. We have developed three separate specifcations of refurbishment style; Summer, Autumn and Spring. This will represent the level of specification and budget of materials and labour of a required project. The aim is to simplify the development proccess and in simple terms 'leave it to the experts' !
How we got here 
Alan Jones originally began as a small sole trading company bringing his 20 years entrepreneurial experience to providing construction based services to the local market. As with any quality product growth was rapid and soon JAAM Building and Maintenance Services Ltd prodided a wide range of services to meet all requirements of the South East Region. Retirement beckoned for Alan in 2006 when John and Michael Jones took over the company and spearheaded the expansion and progression of all areas of JAAM affiliated products.

Climate Change
With the move towards conserving our environment Jaam developments is actively working to improving our Carbon Impact through such schemes as:
- Employment of local Tradesmen to minimise transport carbon emissions
- Only use locally sourced materials
- Recycle all waste materials (Countrystyle Recycling Ltd + Council schemes)
- Use of Eco Friendly materials (Low energy appliances, low energy bulbs)
- Future investment in Eco friendly transport sytems (hybrid, LPG, electric)
Community
All of us within the Jaam family recognise the role of industry within local community as such it is our adjective to carry out any works in conjunction with neighbouring properties and individuals. Communication and information combined with good working practices enable us to work seamlessly with minimal disruption to communities. We are proud to support causes which enhance a communities standards of living; as such we are proud sponsors of Lordswood R.F.C. who supply an invaluable resource for local youth and adults to develop.
