All completed and approved works must be paid in full 30 days from invoice date.  Until full payment is received for services, labour, materials and property all items remain the sole ownership of JAAM Building and Maintenance Services Ltd

We are members of the CHAS scheme for Health and Safety, as such we undergo yearly assessments to ensure that not only are our standards high now but they continue to to stay within currently legislation in the future.

All active sites have been NEBOSH assessed and approved by a qualified representative.  All completed sites carry electrical and gas related certification to sign off works as equired.  All sites are subject to Health and Safety protocols and are constantly supervised or access restricted as applicable.

Written method statements and risk assessments are avaialble upon request.  All sites will have a CITB qualified Site Superviser (SSSTS) overseeing all apsects of work.

All works carried out and within remit/specification are guaranteed within the definitions of a NHBC 10 year warranty, for all exclusions please request policy schedule.
